Our apartment house offers four spacious holiday apartments ranging from 62 to 65 m², each featuring a balcony or terrace. All apartments include two separate bedrooms, a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen.

New in Spring 2026: Our apartments have been extensively renovated and redesigned with great attention to detail. Look forward to modern new kitchens, stylish dining areas, and a fresh alpine living experience that perfectly combines comfort and coziness.

To ensure a relaxing holiday, a wide range of complimentary amenities is available, including a sauna with relaxation room, Wi-Fi, a heated ski storage room with ski boot dryer, and one covered carport parking space per apartment.
 

Ideally Located in Summer and Winter

Numerous hiking and cycling trails begin right at your doorstep. The Gröbming Adventure Park, the longest zipline in the Alps, swimming lakes, and countless excursion destinations are all located nearby.

In winter, you can enjoy the cross-country ski trail directly next to the house, while the ski resorts of Ski Amadé can be reached within just a few minutes. Snowshoe hikes, winter walking trails, and romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides make the cold season a truly special experience.
