The apartment building offers four apartments ranging from 62 m² to 65 m², each with a balcony or terrace. The apartments each have two separate bedrooms, a professionally equipped kitchen with a living-dining area and a fireplace. Use of the sauna with relaxation room, one carport space per apartment, a heated ski storage room and ski boot dryer, Wi-Fi in all rooms, and other extras are included in the price – ideal for couples, groups, and family vacations.

The surrounding area offers peace and quiet for those seeking relaxation, as well as adventure for sports enthusiasts. The apartment building is located directly on Gröbming's cross-country ski trail, and the ski slopes of the Skiwelt Amadé are just a few minutes away by car or ski bus. Extensive snowshoe hikes or horse-drawn carriage rides are possible in the immediate vicinity.

In summer, you'll find a fantastic hiking area right outside your door. Interesting mountain bike tours, Gröbming's adventure climbing park, and the longest zip line in the Alps – all within easy reach.
